2025 WORK SCHEDULE
All cottages are assigned three duties. As a reminder, there is no longer the opportunity
to buy out of duties. If unable to work your duty, it is your responsibility to find a
replacement in advance. If you do not perform a duty you will be charged a $250 fine
for each missed duty. It is important that you are on time for your assigned duty. There
will be a 15 minute late window; however, there is a $100 penalty for showing up more
than 15 minutes late. To avoid the $100 late fee, please contact a friend to cover for
you until you arrive. Please be sure to sign in at the Raths and Pool when you report for
your duties. Certain weekly regular duties and committee work receive work schedule
credit. Expectations of each duty are included and will be posted in the appropriate
locations this summer.
GUIDELINES FOR WORK DUTIES:
1. Fees and prices are carefully reviewed by the Camp Committee each year. This
income helps offset our operating expenses and keeps ground lease fees as low as
possible. Undercharging or giving free goods or services affects all of us. Please
charge the correct prices. If you have questions, please check with another worker
or supervisor. The Camp fee structure is at the bottom of this page.
2. Please dress appropriately. Bar and restaurant workers must wear sleeved shirts,
closed toe shoes, and have their hair pulled back if longer than shoulder length.
Pool workers should bring shoes and shirts for their duty hours.
3. Please make arrangements for your children. Children are not permitted behind the
bar, anywhere in the kitchen area, or in the pool concession area.
4. Please be in good mental and physical condition during your duty shift. If you are
incapable of performing your assigned duty for any reason, you will be asked to
leave and charged a no show fine. We are relying on you to provide good service
and enforce our policies.
